Error Occurs When I Try to Import a PPT

Try to import PPT to the software but it gives me an error and stuck at converting.

The contents of PPT file might be missing if it is made by old version of PowerPoint. We stronglyrecommend to use PowerPoint 2010 or newer version for saving your PPT.
Please try to run the software as Administrator and use java8.
