lnvalid File Format. The File May Be Destroyed

When I open my project, I get an error “lnvalid file format.the file may be destroyed”.

The project was destroyed. This may happen while saving the project. You may find the backup project as below in the following diretory.

The backup project you find should be in this format: projectname.am.bak. Please delete the “.bak” from the file extention and you will get the AM project.
